• All payments are to be made monthly for our subion-based services.

• There is no auto-deduction or recurring billing. Users must make payments manually each month through their account panel.

• Payments are processed securely via our trusted payment gateway (Razorpay).

• A valid payment must be made to continue using the services provided by XNow Work Smart.

2. Subion Cancellation

• Users have the option to cancel their subion at any time from the user panel.

• Once cancelled, your services will continue until the end of the current paid period.

• You may choose to reactivate or renew your subion anytime after cancellation.

• Cancellation does not affect previously paid amounts or future renewals (unless manually re-subscribed).

3. No Refund Policy

• We do not provide refunds for any services once they have been activated or delivered.

• This strict no-refund policy applies to all service plans and features, including:

  • Custom domain services

  • Hosting space and resources

  • CRM, HRM, POS, and other ERP modules

  • AI tools or integrations (e.g., ChatGPT)

• Please make sure to carefully review your selected plan and service features before making a payment.

4. Trial & Free Plan

• We offer a Free Plan with limited features, allowing you to test and experience the platform before committing to a paid plan.

• We encourage users to try the free plan and review available features before making any payments.
